		<description>I actually find skirts like this really practical for that age. They are always a favorite with girls who are usually just starting to look at what they are wearing and are demanding something &quot;girly&quot; so the full &quot;flouncy&quot; nature of it is appealing. Also it is much easier to pull up and down for toilet trips than pants with a whole lot of confusing zips, toggles or buttons can be (you just have to show your daughter how to pull it down to go to the toilet, rather than try to hold it up around her waist and have it all fall in the hole!).</description>
