Gone up that there London again

In true Jack Kerouac style we’ve been on the road again.

Get in the Van, man, and take a trip!

Lucy, Fran, Emma, Emily and Neythan went along to the Bubble show to exhibit our fine wares to the metropolis.

They returned with the freedom of the city. (They didn’t actually)

Look, the sign post points the way.

 Proper Job Luce.

Noticed that the Van came back with a big, empty, bag of maltesers in it!

Frugi, Colin Firth, Ben Fogle, The Observer Ethical awards and a lonley night for Kurt

Personally, I don’t know what the fuss is all about!

Just because my wife and our Henri have been swooning all week about meeting Colin Firth at the Observer Ethical awards tonight, doesn’t mean that I’m jealous.

I too forget to shave, don’t comb my hair and wander around looking dischevelled most of the time. We’re very similar really.

However, I don’t seem to have the same swoonability. I don’t understand. Women eh!

P.S. (And I’m not called Colin – I mean – really!)

He looks like Justin Currie from Del Amitri

Henry’s campsite at the Lizard

3 Handsome chaps at Henry's

We don’t really do recommendations, at Frugi. However, over the weekend, we went to Henry’s campsite on the Lizard and we were really impressed. It was VERY Frugi!!

There were Pigs and Chickens, Ducks and Kids. Campfires and Cider, Marsh mellows and sausages. The whole place is a work of love. You can tell that the owners have a shared passion and a wonderfully artistic nature.

We always say, “If you’re going to do something, then do it brilliantly. Put your heart and soul into it and work hard.”

You only have to spend 5 minutes at Henry’s to see that they do.

Happy Birthday to Frugi!

Now We Are Six…

Six years old!! Or is that six years cheeky?!
We’ve been around for a while now, it’s a little bit freaky,
We just can’t believe how old we’ve got,
Kurt’s gone grey, but he still thinks he’s hot!

We love Frugi, and we know you do too,
It’s amazing how much good we can do,
Over the last few years we’ve achieved quite a lot,
Kurt’s eaten lots of pasties, and still thinks he’s hot.

There are 18 of us now at Frugi HQ
And we couldn’t survive if it wasn’t for you,
You’ve helped us to grow and taught us a lot,
And some of you also think Kurt’s quite hot!

So now we are six, we’re getting quite old
And we’re wondering what the future will hold
Fun things we hope, are we excited or what?
One thing’s for sure, Kurt’ll still think he’s hot!
