Tractor Envelope Top

My little boy had pointed out the tractor t-shirt in the catalogue, so it was on my shopping list. However, I was unsure which size to buy as Leighton is 3 weeks off his 2nd Birthday. The T-shirt, like all Frugi clothing, is generous in size with sleeves which aren’t half mast! The cotton is extremely soft and strokable, I found him sat stroking his face with his sleeve!!! The t-shirt washed and dried very well, no ironing needed which is a godsend when you have 2 kids and a full time job!

The envelope neckline makes changing easy, essential when you have a toddler who lives life in the fast lane and doesn’t want to waste a second getting changed!

My boy wore this to nursery with his tractor cords and looked very cute. Such a stylish outfit, yet suitable for his age! He was certainly the best dressed toddler in his nursery room!!

True Blue Check Shirt

A very tasty looking shirt! Or so my little boy thinks, When I dressed him this morning he sat licking the neckline and giggling to himself. He then looked at me and said “yummy mummy!!”

Leighton never wears shirts, mainly as i’m not a fan of them on small boys! I prefer to see them in T-shirts and comfy jumpers. I have been converted and will get Leighton more shirts in the future! The poppers made dressing him very easy as he hates buttons, they take far too long to fasten!!! I was struggling to get his hands out of the sleeves until I realised that, ingeniously, they had a poppers fastening to aid dressing! What a genious idea!!!

Beautifully soft fabric which felt snug and cosy! Could we have Pjs made of this???  Washes and dries very well, again no ironing needed! Woo hoo!!!!

This shirt compliments the tractor cords very well, however it also made a fantastic outfit with the Denim Anchor dungarees from the summer collection.

The sizing feels less generous than the other clothes so we will be buying it in the next size up pretty soon.

A very versatile shirt which can be dressed up or down depending on the occasion.

Tractor Lined Cords

Having had my eyes on these cords but not wanting to buy them as my little boy is 23 months old and awaiting his 2nd birthday, I was concerned that they would be too short. I needn’t have worried however as they are very generous, even for a taller than average little boy! As I expect from Frugi the quality is amazing, the soft jersey material is beautiful. I wish Leighton had shorter legs and i could roll them up to show off the contrasting fabric! The adjustable waist is fab, however we don’t need it! Leighton wears washable nappies and these trousers fit over them very nicely. The popper and zip fly fastening make changing very easy! The tractor on the rear pocket is very cute, even cute was watching Leighton try to see it for himself whilst he was wearing the trousers!!!

The only downside to these trousers, and all Frugi toddler trousers, is the fact that they only to a size 24 month. I wish they went up to 2 1/2 as then i would be able to continue using my washable nappies on my little boy!

Overall, a fantastic pair of trousers. They wash and wear well, no ironing needed. I did need to pop them on the radiator to ensure the waistband was totally dry, but i do that with all trousers with a thicker waistband!  Very warm and snug for my little boy!!!!
